1.)I think the good/strong parts of my sculpture is the bat because it looks like a bat.
2.)I could have done a better job on the texture around the legs, because it's not the same as the rest.
3.)I made a baseball player because it's my favorite sport, because i thought it would be fun to make out of clay.
4.)It looks like a person standing up and swinging a bat, because our sculpture had to be in motion.
5.)I made all of the textures smooth except the bat, because most wooden bats are a little rough.
6.)I learned that you have to be delicate with clay. I could apply this in life by being careful with everything, because most things in life need to be used carefully.
7.)I created a baseball player because baseball is my favorite sport. I originally wanted to create an owl, but my clay got to hard over break so i had to completely restart, and decided to make a baseball player.
8.) yes, i do believe this project is worth while, because clay is fun and allows you to be creative. Mr. Purdy could make this better by giving an option of the wheel or a sculpture.

15-C Portrait Reflection
1.) I think the good/strong parts of my portrait are the shading/details, because I worked very hard on
them.
2.) I think I could have done better with the details around the right eye, because they are very
specific.
3.) My light areas of value are his teeth and his cheeks because of the reflecting
light.
4.) My dark areas of value are his dreads/chin hair, because they are the darkest areas on the portrait.
5.) I really liked using the grid/scaling because it helps you get all the details correct and where they are supposed to be.
-for shading I used a 6B and made figure 8’s for the dread detail and later shaded/blended them with a piece
of toilet paper.
6.) I learned how to use a grid & scaling, and I can use this in real life if I decide to become an architect.

7-C Wire Sculpture Reflection
1.) I think the good/ strong parts of me wire sculpture are the 3-D effects because they are detailed.
2.) I could have done a better job with the board because you can’t tell what kind of board it is.
3.) I mad it form by making two shirts and two shorts and then making a “person sandwich.”
4.) I made a person snowboarding because it’s something that I enjoy doing.
5.) I conclude that 3-D wire sculpture is fun, easy, and pretty cool, because you can use your imagination.
6.) I learned that you need to be willing to change your ideas because your first idea isn’t always the best one.

1.) I think the good/strong parts of my painting is how dark and strong the colors are.
2.) i could have done a better job with the writing of the Bible verse i used in my paiting.
3.) I made my theme my tattoo, because i knew what i wanted to get for my tattoo so i wanted to draw it out to see what it looked like.
4.) I used used the color red for blood shed, violet for wine, white for purity, and yellow for the bread, this helped my theme because it was a religious type theme and all of those things have to do with religion.
5.) I would say that all of my painting stands out pretty well, because the background is a deep black, and the other colors are bright.
6.) I learned that you dont always get things the way you want them the first time, so give yourself enough time to have more then one attempt.
7.) the painting that i created was planned, because it was one of my pre-liminary designs and i really wanted it for my tattoo.
8.) I believe that it was a very worth while project, but i believe that Mr. Purdy should give us a bigger board to work with next time.
